Offer on house still in process @Determined , agent reports buyers remain keen, happy with building, waiting on council report which should be through in next couple of days.

Got a call from our real estate agent late this afternoon -  this fat lady is calibrating her vocal cords - verbal confirmation all systems go that we have a sale -  deposit to be paid within the next 24 hours.  Yahooooooo
