I read your conversation with @Sans911 in the wee small hours too, so have some idea of whats going on there. Hope your Pops reflux settled down eventually. I gather your headache has persisted? Do you have much planned for today? A quiet day would be good. Going to be very hot here, and I suspect there too. Inside with aircon for me.

Ive had about an hrs sleep. Pop settled about 430 and got back to sleep i couldnt
though unfortunately @Anastasia @Emelia8

Its suppose to be 27 today hopefully therell be a cooler breeze though.
Em-ive always got a headache but it gets much worse including if i take pain killers. Im hoping the pain clinic will help in Jan but my stomach wasnt happy and i have been having bad hip pain ive seen the chiro twice for it and it helps but only for a few days. The only position thats ok when i have this pain is to sleep on my stomach but i struggle to do that. Hoping it might settle abit today.

I was suppose ti clean a paddock but it wont be till later today when it cools off, and take sister to her work. I could spend some of today just wrapping presents under the fan
