hi @Imkai! that's so lovely of you to reach out and want to help support your friend. i get the feeling that you're already doing an amazing job at cheering her on 💖
i think being patient, validating her feelings and giving her a safe space to share (which i think you're already doing) is super important. if she's open to getting support, then perhaps gently encouraging her to talk to a professional and reminding her that she deserves to be heard. you can also encourage her to check out 1800RESPECT. sounds like she's lucky to have you in her corner.

Yeah I've been understanding, as much as I can be and help her. It's just sad to see what other people can do to others. Like recently I've helped her able to say "No". I might have pushed a bit to far, as she said she was crying but said she needed a push.
I always keep reminding her she's doing a lot alright, working, taking care of her kids, and other stuff. Guess the only answer is persistence and time. Thanks for all the feedback and other outlooks on this sad situation.
