Hi to all here tonight @Jynx @CheerBear @MDT @Former-Member  and not sure who else to tag.  Just dropping in and haven't caught up on tonight's posts.

Tonight I made vego mexican stuffed sweet potatoes and it went down well.  Would have been better with some crunchy corn chips or something but didn't have any.
