Good night @Snowie  and Izzy xxxxxx

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Usually within a few weeks @outlander. Then I guess my GP will retest the levels at about 6 weeks. Some people notice a more immediate effect, like within days.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Oh thats abit slow @Sans911 i thought it mightve been more like a few days

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hi @Sans911 .... coming in with an "Oh, no ...." here too Hon .... 😕

So sorry to hear that Jasper is unwell again, and about the clean-up.  They are a worry, and it sounds like he has been through a lot already.  I wish him well .....

I am glad you are feeling okay.  Hopefully things are better in the morning.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Well he's meowing a bit more now and was interested in my dinner. I was going to give him some plain rice but he more wanted to check it out than eat it. When I went outside to check on him a while ago he was sitting in the same spot for a long time and ants were starting to crawl on him. I've given him a bit of a brush down, his tail got icky so I washed it. He enjoys the brush. He's inside now.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Morning @Faith-and-Hope @outlander @Zoe7

Jasper is much better this morning. He's back to his talkative self, and wanted his breakfast today. He didn't eat all of it but that's OK. He often doesn't. He was quite sooky late last night and this morning looking for love and attention, which he got of course. I've been picking him up and giving him some belly massage as much as he'll tolerate.

I'm just at the hospital clinic this morning for my wound check.
