@Shaz51 I am adjusting to my new living arrangements in a caravan at my mum's place. Got kicked out of the caravan park because of my partner's behaviour towards the next door neighbour that constantly complained about anything and everything. They have used 2 weeks to find alternative accommodation. With such sort notice a caravan was the best we could do.

Our relationship is a bit rocky because of it, but we have gone through worse. And he was genuinely disgusted with his behaviour and apologised in writing to the caravan park and the neighbour, as well as trying to apologise face to face.

I think you were having health issues last time we spoke. I don't have a good memory, but I hope it is not too serious for you. 

Health issues suck. My issues with my liver have seemed to be resolved now, and I feel so much better knowing that I will not have to go through another gallstone attack. I still have 2 procedures that need to be done, just waiting on an appointment with the surgeon. 

I really have to get better at using this forum for support when I am really struggling. I just close down and shut everyone and everything out. This is the exact time I should be on here.

I miss talking to you and the other wonderful members on here.

Yes I have kidney disease stage 4, will be needing dialysis in the near future 

Osteoporosis and diabetes as well

I'm so sorry to hear this. I don't know if it's okay to chat on this thread, but I think this is the first time I've read about your real lfe situation - outside coins.

That sounds really hard that you've had such short notice to find accomodation. I really hope things settle down for you soon. Please know we are here for you.

Oh @Shaz51 I am so sorry to hear that. I wish I could just take it all away for you.

That wouldn't be helpful to your mental health. How are you coping with your diagnosis'? I hope you have lots of support around you.

Thank you @tyme I really need to keep reminding myself to use this when I am not coping. 

We only had time to look at 2 rentals before having to be out. And on one sit it said there was 89 houses available in your selected area and 891 people interested. How on earth do you compete with that many people. 

We are not going to look for a few months as we want to try and save as much as we can for bond,  rent in advance etc

I lived in a caravan for a year with a previous partner to save for a house deposit and we managed to build our beautiful dream home. 

All the household furniture etc has been destroyed by mould and condensation over a 7 year period in a shipping container. So basically I am starting from scratch again.

I try not to dwell on all my belongings that I purchased with my hard earned money over 20 years, as it just puts me in such a deep dark place and I start to go down the why bother living way of thinking. As I feel like ny life has amounted to nothing. The only good thing I have done is produce a beautiful, caring and strong daughter who I am teaching the lessons that I have learned over the past few years.

I’m just here to admire all of your great works you have been doing and creating- well done! There’s clearly lots of different talents and abilities here which I’m very impressed with. 

@MissGremlin I love your diamond art cow! I’ve got a thing with highland cows at the moment- I purchased a soft toy cow at the reject shop a few weeks ago and he is now my new uni mascot sitting in my room. I’ve just recently completed a sunflower diamond art kit from the reject shop which I’m quite proud of - can’t display it here because of size requirements unfortunately- and my housemate picked me up a small card kit diamond art kit on clearance from Kmart which I haven’t started yet but would like to soon. 

As for other hobbies and projects, I’ve just finished knitting an adult jumper which I was going up donate to charity but have decided to keep it as I’ve fallen in love with the way it turned out. I also had enough wool to make a matching beanie with wool left over to make at least 1 more beanie which I’ll donate to charity. I’m also now knitting myself another jumper with the wool colours resembling the colours of a Cherry Ripe chocolate bar - Sierra 8ply Red Spirit - whilst crocheting some more granny squares which was initially going to be a blanket but I’ve now decided to make a crochet cardigan instead. I’ve been finding several unfinished projects that I’ve packed in my uni accommodation things so I plan to look at them soon - mostly blankets which will be donated to charity.
