You can talk?

Hi,

I’m in a bit of a hole, stuck and trying to figure out what my psych is saying about involving my carer and friend.

I can see the adverts about the you can talk campaign and various other campaigns to break the stigma and also RUOK day coming up.

But who can really handle the tough answers? I’m in my mental mess and I’ve learnt the jargon, where to get support, finances, meds etc. I’ve talked friends through suicidal thoughts and debriefed after with a support service.

In all were trying to achieve for the greater community, are people actually prepared for the tough answers? I don’t think so and I don’t burden my carer and friend with it.

am I just thinking too negatively?
