trying to keep calm but in a major don't know what to do situation. 

Heard  screaming next door some yelling then a crash more screaming and now it's quite but I don't know if I should call police or just leave it, I don't know if someone needs help but I also don't want to be involved.

What do I do?

I think I am going to leave it one of the hopped in a car and drove off while the other yelled something and slammed the door that means it will be alright now doesn't it?

I think you did the right thing @Former-Member. Sounds like no one was physically hurt except some furniture maybe.

It can be frightening @Former-Member, but often stuff like that happens without escalation to serious stuff.  I have heard a lot of screaming by lots of different neighbours throughout my life.
