@tymenext session is in August the system is struggle here more than it used to it makes it harder to understand your therapist because for me at least with non-traumatic brain injury I cannot remember things as detailed especially conversations.

Do you think it would help to note things down @Trickster ? That is, even while you are there?

might be a bit odd I've just got that image of a therapist and then a patient that thinks their a Therapist in my head 😅.
