Hi @Snowie 

It sounds like you've been having trouble accessing our SANE web-chat? I'm so sorry about this.  Some major brand new software launched this week in the SANE Help Centre and there were some technical issues around delivering chat because of this. However, chat is now online!  Hopefully, you are able to get in contact with a Counsellor tonight. If not, please feel free to use Lifeline or Suicide Call Back Service's web-chat service across the weekend.

I'm so sorry this is the case. This can sometimes happen when Counsellors are already on a chat or a phone call helping someone who's reached out to us. Please continue trying, or reach out to one of the other chat services I noted, if you need support right now.
