Direction

I am in need of some support systems and am having trouble finding them. I am in WA but can't seem to find support to help me back on feet, I don't think I've ever been this overwhelmed and teary. I need some help getting back on my feet badly!! But can't find it, finding it really hard!

So sorry to hear you are feeling overwhelmed at the moment @Jean44, that sounds really tough. When you are feeling this way, how do you usually like to be supported?
