Something’s not right

i’m grateful for these offerings of support. I don’t know what the future will bring but I’m determined not to do anything rash. My daughter is rather mature for her age and I believe she understands my struggle at the moment. She has her own things to worry about so I really want to get better sooner rather than later. I’m trying to find things to do each day that helps me tune out of the misery and just give myself some breathing room.
