I wish there were AI psychologists. So we didn’t have to deal with people who don’t know what they’re talking about.

Yes if only that was a thing. Some people just have no idea what they're talking about and only make things worse.

AI psychologists definitely should be a thing. A good psychologist is as rear as hen’s teeth. Psychiatrists shouldn’t be allowed to consult without a neurobiologist advising.

In two hundred years people will look at the mental health system and think it was barbaric. I hope 🤞🏼

Yes I've had a few psychologists and one was somewhat ok but still had flaws in how they approached things and their methods. Another was just completely useless and sided with the person that was abusing me. 

Hmmm interesting thought about how our mental health system now could be viewed in the future. It definitely needs a massive overhaul.

@Dreamy  I’ve been there. The psychologist counsellor who listens to the abuser, sides with them and barely asks you a question.

@Glisten it's a horrible position to be in. I was told that 'I was a lost cause, that I deserve everything I get and that it's all my fault'. That's stuck with me and has ruined the chances of me ever talking to a psychologist again. 

I'm so sorry you had that experience, it's not fair and should never happen.
