Hiya outlander, I have been by myself in here, reading & liking things.  I have been following some members & I got very upset about their & problems & heart ache. My heart ache is so painful, that I take medication to help me control it.

The only way I can deal with pain is through music, & Spirituality. I do not like to talk about problems too much, because I think too much if I do. I was in another Forum & got no support there. This one seems good so far, my friend recommended it to me. She was in here once.
