Learning curve very painful at the moment. Had to ring helpline last night. Never knew before that the body can betray you by making you feel physical pain from the past that it remembers. And it hurts every bit as much as it did then. Apparently telling B something I had never told anyone before lets the body make you refeel things. Nobody had warned me of that and it has been going on for the past 2 days. Maybe it will not be so bad now that I know what it is

Oh no @cutiepiekitty  that's horrible to experience physical pain from the past like you descride. Thats a ptsd thing i think. As if we don't have enough in the here + now to deal with. Hugz to you. Deep breaths 💜 I sometimes remember to do the mindfulness meditation called "BodyScan" which helps pain management. I think you can find it on the cancer council websites.under resources 🌷

I am have a cleaning job down the beach today , 30 minute drive away

yes coffee puts me back to sleep too

boy it is hot here already this morning

i think the clothes will be dry on the line by morning
