@MissGremlin very nice. I have ordered this one to do. I think I ordered it at 30cm x 30cm, so it would fit on the table in the caravan. I can't wait for it to arrive, but it is coming from China.

I just had a light bulbs moment and applied for a lump sum payment from my superannuation under financial hardship. If my application is accepted, I can then used this money to look for a rental property sooner rather than later.

Do you have any superannuation that you can do the same with?

Whilst I would have a little, i don't think i could access it yet. I only worked for a couple of years anyway.

@MissGremlin you might be able to access it under financial hardship as the lump sum payment is any amount up to $10,000 in a 12 month period.

But I will leave it up to you if you want to look into it or not. 

It was just a thought that I wanted to share with you.
