Time out

Hi, guys and ladies, unfortunately I have been having another change of MI medication as well as pain relief which left me feeling that I was in a parallel universe and I did not know how to return to my "normallity". I have missed your wonderful and spontaneous answers and advise and caring words. I have fought my my way out of the wilderness back into todays' reality. I must admit I thought I would never escape the fish bowl due to the over bearing psychilogical effects of the medication. I still feel like crap but I realised that I had to get back into main stream reality. I am going to have to tread softly, softy for a while. I am so pleased that I had the strength to rejoin the people I class as my "Family"

Sombre the night is.
And though we have our lives, we know
What sinister threat lurks there.

Dragging these anguished limbs, we only know
This poison-blasted track opens on our camp –
On a little safe sleep.

But hark! joy – joy – strange joy.
Lo! heights of night ringing with unseen larks.
Music showering our upturned list'ning faces.

Death could drop from the dark
As easily as song –
But song only dropped,
Like a blind man's dreams on the sand
By dangerous tides,
Like a girl's dark hair for she dreams no ruin lies there,
Or her kisses where a serpent hides.

the ex- lost

Looped one.
