Have upped the fibre significantly in our diets, whilst there has been significant improvement with a med discontinuation, Mr D keeps reminding me that it ain't like it used to be ...

Last of S2's birthday guests have just left here, 

Our heads are spinning but at least the children had a good time. 

Each of his little friends have such lovely manners so that made it eaiser.

Yes the party was good @Former-Member, despite all the noise S2 has such lovely friends, 2 boys 1 girl came, seems they are the oddbods at school that stick together, each with their own problems that they look past and support each other in. What true friendships are built on.
