Hello @over1t, How are you going today. Did you manage to contact MH triage or CAT team? Please come back and let us (who care) know how you are doing. 

You were not in a good place when you first posted and we just want to make sure you are safe. Alot of us do understand what you are going through as we all experience mental health. I have found that just knowing that the people on here who understand what I am going through very supportive.
