My therapist has suggested looking into a DBT program. Research and many calls show that it is incredibly expensive and without private health care is not possible. Has anyone used the public sector or is the waiting list too long. Has the program been successful for any of you. Thank you

That was helpful. Just would like to also know how the forum contributors got access to the program through an avenue that isn't through a private hospital
