What a shame. Im really surprised by how many that have this.

Almost everyone ive had contact with on here.

Im wondering if u got in touch with the people that run this. They might be able to remind u when things r on. Think thats how i got into it.

I can assure you that a no of us have this.

That feeling worthless seems to be with many of us also.

I found being on the right meds helped me with focus.

I think as u heal your memory brain seems to work better

I write everything into my ph calandar or onto shopping list.

Try not to be so hard on yourself hey

Yes may all our emotions remain stable today

Not sure what im doing today. Ive got nothing really i have to do.

A wander down the beach sounds like a good idea tho.

Re: BPD Awareness featuring SPECTRUM VIC

Hi @Shaz51  and all here.  I'm sorry but as I don't have BPD (I have bipolar 1 and complex PTSD) I really don't feel I can contribute to this discussion.

Re: BPD Awareness featuring SPECTRUM VIC

I keep having the same thoughts @Angels333  and depending on the situations im going through determined how I feel, with the school holidays it's the worse as there all home, I can't get to see my psychiatrist till 30th October and I'm still waiting to hear about my psychologist appointment, so in the meantime I come on here not posting all the time but I do read on how everyone is going.

Yeah thanks for the bpd night

I was shocked by how many people id previously spoken to that had this also.

It was very comforting actually & i sense others may have felt that also

God I’m sngry st myself to the point of wanting to sh. I just never learn. This damn BPD!!!!  I hate it so much. 😢

i saw my dietitian snd told him some things I’ve done. I’m so angry. He wasn’t angry.

I hate it when my emotions get so high and it stays high for ages.

I’m so down tonight.

Not seeing my dietitian for a month and I’m not sure I can do it without his support.

BPD is such a difficult mental illness.

@BlueBay

I hate it too

Im totally happy & normal then someone says something & my mind goes into this spin of thought i cant control.

I find it sooooo embarassing too cause no1 can calm me down & they dont get why im hysterical.

Its loads better on a mood stabilizer. Hopefully ur on a good one cause i couldnt sleep once triggered without this one.

I find it takes me a few days to come back to normal too. Im down for 2-3days & just getting thru each day. Last time i was triggered i remember waking up thinking oh no i dont want to wake up. I really just didnt want to face another day.

On right meds tho it does pass

So hopefully knowing it is going to pass helps a bit.

Doesnt feel like it when ur in it tho.

Ive tried so many things to get rid of it & tried so many times to stay off meds but i just crack really badly.
