Hey forumites. I went to get some meds today and my Dr was saying that I should've kept on one type of med and ended another IF I was going to end one and not the other one..
But I've only been off one of them for three days. I'll see how I go.

I do believe he is saying this due to his own MH experience with ssri which I appreciated. It's good that a Dr can speak about it with personal experiences.
But anyways. Just airing my thoughts on this one.
