My Psychiatrist made time to see me today during DBT he offered for me to go to hospital but left the choice with me.   I declined.  He increased the dose of my mood stabilizer which when on this higher dose previously I have had awful hand tremors, so I'm praying that doesn't happen again.   I'll see him in two weeks and he will increase my antipsychotic then.

My SH is not quite the worst it's ever been but it's very bad atm.   I know increases in meds isn't a magic fix but I just hope it helps so I can get some control over my mental health. 

Feeling very alone with this illness and overwhelmed.

Hang in there @Angels333  hopefully the meds  bring you some relief soon. Fingers crossed you don't get adverse effects from them.

@Angels333 Hey Angels333 good luck with the mood stabilizers. I have constant hand and arm tremors due to meds. Am kind of used to them now for me is better than the alternative.  I figure nothing is going to be perfect and I have to pick my poison. Also apparently with hand tremors neurologists can give you medication to combat the tremor .... I have to make an appointment with neurologist about this some day in the future. peax

Sorry to hear that you have tremors!   I had the tremor for about 2years before but it went with the reduction of meds.   My Psychiatrist said they were likely to come back!
