Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please
Hey @Millieme just popping in to offer some support, let you know you're not alone. Please don't hesitate to reach out; this time of year can be really hard for a lot of us who struggle with our mental health. Sitting with you

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please
I phoned the Council, as a last ditch resort.
As their Council Website said that extra $$ funding had been Allocated for running the Christmas Lunch (only 2 months ago).
The Council website makes no mention of the Community Lunch event being cancelled.
After being put on hold, then Redirected several times - I was finally told that Yes, they have Cancelled the Community Christmas Lunch.
Yet they chose Not to tell anyone that it has been cancelled.
These Community Christmas Lunches are especially for those who don't have family with them, don't have anyone to have a meal with - or who don't have the $$ to buy special stuff (anything) at Christmas time.
I mentioned to the lady - That cancelling the Lunch will mean that these people will now have nowhere to go, no meal, no Christmas Lunch.

Sounds Lovely @Former-Member
We usually have a Christmas Thread on here - Where people can drop in & say hello (during the day).
Or have a Cyber/Virtual Meal together.
If only I could actually Eat that Virtual Food - Your picture looks Scrumptuous....

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please
I’m in so much pain tonight I just think it’s better I wasn’t here anymore
.I was a fool to think I could return to work and everything would be fine.
I’m a loser.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please
trying not to worry too much in the lead up to christmas and my calendar of tasks to do this month ,one day at a time christmas shopping will be done even if it is a bit last minute as usual, but its more important to see and hear and spend time with family the presents dont matter as much as the people in my life
