It sounds really tough for you at the moment, and those feelings are hard to sit with.  Please keep taking steps to look after you with as much self-care as you can .... especially the little things, making sure we choose things we like in the everyday.  It's only a small thing, but I started to paint my nails with colours that bring me joy.  Getting enough sleep is important too .... coping tools for when others are not being caring enough.  Think about how a best would care for you, and then do that for yourself ..... give yourself the time and the space you need ..... the forum member are here to listen, share tips and advice, and we care because we live it too.
