It is not easy at all, but it gets better with time. There will be an occasional relapse here and there, but with lesser frequency. I hope it will vanish soon in time and I will be healthy as before. It's only a phase and I am sure I will recover fully.
Thank you for your post on trigger. It's the same advise that I get from the health professionals. It's funny that I get triggered when I am at my most relaxed/half asleep state. I couldn't believe it either, but strange things happen.
