I wish I was there @tyme. I actually have answers to the questions.
I think the VIA survey is great to help find your strengths when you don’t think you have any. But I’m too stupid to be able to add the link. Are you able to? Please? I just think it’s a really helpful tool.

@Captain24 that VIA survey sounds like a good thing. What does VIA stand for?

I don’t know what it stands for @Glisten. Try googling VIA free survey. It is well worth doing.

These are the list of strengths: https://www.viacharacter.org/character-strengths
This is the link to do the quiz to find out your strengths. Mine was wisdom, leadership and I can't remember the third: https://www.viacharacter.org/account/register
You need to register though. It is free of cost.
@Captain24 @Glisten @Shaz51 @Sophiavicky1224
This is a personality test: https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test
I found it very accurate.
@Captain24 , you're not dumb or stupid to add a link. It's hard on the phone.... very hard!

@Captain24 Thank you for posting and I agree with @tyme links are difficult to post on a phone.
@tyme I’m sure my anti-anxiety medication is making me depressed. I’m really struggling today. I’ll make an appointment with my GP as soon as possible.
